If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. After the 14-day grace period, all sales are final. There are no refunds on special orders. If your order is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping return policy and the availability of a replacement item.
